President of the Republic of Ecuador Mr. Rafael Correa Delgado, members of the diplomatic corps in Germany and immigrants from Ecuador living in Germany were present awards Prof. José Miguel Maschietto (ECU and ITA). Conductor, composer and piano virtuoso is the first recipient of the "European Award for artistic and cultural activities - Golden Europea" in Latin America.
