Ice hockey legend Ing. Jozef Golonka from Slovakia will be awarded by EUU as first sportsman. He will get EUROPEAN AWARD FOR PROMOTING ARTS AND CULTURE and statue „Golden Europea.“ Golonka CSSR hockey captain from 60th will get award for his hockey art and social benefits. For EUU Golonka isn´t only a player he is also a man who try to fight with our comon enemy in dark times. He was never afraid of things which can destroy his sport and personal life. Golonka and others gave us the strength and will to continue. We are really grateful for the things which he did for us.
