Russian nobleman Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy is one of the ten most important writers in the world. In the years 1853 - 1856 he fought in the army of Tsarist Russia against the Muslim Army of the Ottoman Empire (today’s Turkey), which was strongly supported by militaries from the periphery of Europe (England, France, Sardinia, Prussia). After the Crimean War, the writer traveled to the clinic in Clarens (now part of the city of Montreux) on the Swiss shores of Lake Geneva. Three worldwide important anniversaries were basic impulsion for the creation of our project "Return to cultural values and to the roots of Europe 2015 - 2017". In 2015 we commemorate the 600 years since burning of fire and killing the Rector of Charles University in Prague Jan Hus (Konstanz 1415). Following "The Year of Divine Mercy" which declared Pope Francis in 2016. And the third jubilee is the commemoration of 500 years of the beginning of the Reformation Dr. Martin Luther (Lutherstadt Wittenberg 1517).

European Union of Arts was organized on 31 January 2014 in Prague first an international meeting of writers and publicists from 12 countries from Europe, Africa and South America. The basic topic of discussion was: "Position and mission of Slavonic writers and publicists in the integration process of the European Union. Slovak castle Lednica in the White Carpathians been a silent witness to meetings and debates of two great Europeans. Teacher of nations, and the last bishop of the Unity of Brethren in Bohemia, Jan Amos Comenius and his friend Nicholas Drabik here to prepare publication of the book of historical prophecy and hope for the end of the Habsburg recatholisation and intellectual and economic devastation of the Czech lands and Moravia. General Dr. Milan Rastislav Stefanik and Prof. Tomas Garrigue Masaryk, were co-authors of an independent Czechoslovakia - a new state in the heart of Europe. In the early 20th century, several visits to their friends and supporters on the Moravian-Slovak borderland. In honor of both statesmen of Europe-wide importance was restored granite "Memorial Czech-Slovak reciprocity" with bronze reliefs of two statesmen. The project was initiated, prepared and its implementation is significantly involved EUA members headed by Dr. Peter Vasicek for cooperation T.J. Since the beginning of the new millennium, the project takes place in partial events on the territory of Slovakia, Poland, Belarus, Germany (Sorbs) and the Czech Republic. These are mainly a border meetings, trips, concerts and folk entertainment.
