Permanent Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic in the European House in Prague was a meeting place for writers and publicists. This international event was held on 31 January 2014. During the meeting were forwarded two European Awards for writers and publicists - Gold Medal of Leo Tolstoy. The first woman in the world, which is the holder of this award is Slavomira Ocenasova-Strbova from Slovakia and the other is Laureate Pavlo Bubryak from Ukraine.
