News / The largest statue of the Mother of God in Europe

In the early days of May, a monumental statue of the Mother of God was mounted in a quarry at Butkov Mountain above the village of Ladce (SVK). This statue will complete a large collection of works of art in the Rock Sanctuary of God’s Mercy and the adjacent Cross Way. This enormous work was provided by organizationally and economically honest EUA member Mr. Anton Barcík. The ceremonial revelation and blessing will be held on May 19, 2018 at 3:25 pm in the framework of the Traditional National Pilgrimage in the presence of distinguished guests and several thousand registered pilgrims from around the world.
