In the city of Montreaux (Switzerland) on the shores of Lake Geneva, a festive revelation of the memorial plaque of Lva N. Tolstoy took place on Friday, October 12, 2018 at the place where the writer resided in 1857. The Montreux Union of the Art of the City of Montreux is the work of the Vice President and Honorary Member of EUU Stefan Pelikan from Slovakia. The ceremonial opening of this artwork was carried out by the Mayor of Montreux, Mr. Laurent Wehrli, and the President of the European Union of Arts, Mr. Petr Vašíček.
